Review of the key systems needed to run a business, including customer service, billing, communication, marketing, follow-up and delivery
Implementation of automated business tools & software to manage various systems
Creation and maintenance of your Standard Operating & Procedures (SOP) Guide
MARKETING MANAGEMENT
Manage Websites (review content on all website pages to look for outdated or incorrect information, update website content, managing the creation of any new websites)
Manage Newsletters (establish the newsletter publication schedule, ensure that the newsletter is published on schedule, manage customer lists, research and review the content for the newsletter, monitor email performance data and analyze results)
